[ml_IN] incorrect mappings for chillu character ർ (U0D7C) #35

Actual : The chillu ര്‍ is mapped to ( റ + ് + zwj ) & ( ര + ് + zwj ) as well .

Expected : The chillu ര്‍ should be mapped to ര + ് + zwj only. It should not be mapped to റ + ് + zwj.

Lookup updated . Mapping to ( റ + ് + zwj ) has been removed .
