[ml_IN] Confusing single substitution rule #42

There is a single substitution rule that says replace viramamlm_lamlm with viramamlm.

Looks like a left out mistake.

I am not able to find single substitution lookup. It looks like you are talking about "Ligature Substitution Lookup 9". This lookup has been called by contextual postbase substitution lookup 8.
