Bengali ঙ + ্ + গ + ু is not drawn correctly #51

The current rule list first converts the গ + ু into a special ligature. This thwarts it from using the rule to combine ঙ and গ, which comes later, and is the correct thing to do in this case. See the attached image.

Fixed the issue for Lohit-Bengali 2.91.0. Attached here is the testing screenshot for the same.

Thank you @capellsk for reporting issues. As said by @ShilpaGite its working fine with lohit-bengali 2.91.0 https://fedorahosted.org/releases/l/o/lohit/lohit-bengali-ttf-2.91.0.tar.gz
Also added test case in https://github.com/pravins/lohit/blob/master/bengali/std-test-out.txt so will not get regression in coming releases. Closing. please reopen if any futher issues.

Thanks for fixing it! I tried out 2.91 and found a regression, so I created issue #57.
