Lohit2 has some issues with Vedic accent placement:

Looks like issue with Mark to Mark placement. I will fix this in next release.

This is resolved in https://github.com/pravins/lohit.

please report issues AT https://github.com/pravins/lohit/issues, we are using lohit2 only till Alpha release of lohit2 scripts. Once alpha is done we are permanantly maintaining it at main lohit git repo.
