I have had problems on an IRC network I help out on with people using KiwiIRC over tor. It would be nice to disallow Tor nodes to connect to an IRC network via KiwiIRC.

I'm currently working on a way to enable open proxy and tor checks on networks registered on kiwiirc.com. When it's up and running (hopefully within the next week) I'll give you a shout to try it out.
