/mode is not thourougly implemented (?) -> Doesn't work for applying modes to own user. #870

Some IRC servers support user modes and not only channel modes, but looking at the code (modeCommand), it looks like KiwiIRC only supports setting channel modes, which limits the client from setting useful modes some servers offers (+R on freenode only allow authorized users to message you).
