adds hexrd script for launching main program #5

This pull request adds a "scripts" subdirectory for executables, and a "hexrd" executable for the main program. The setup.py file is modified to inform distutils about these scripts, so they can be installed in an appropriate location (which may need to be added to the user's PATH for convenience.)

Darren, yes the master version has gotten woefully out of date.  Not sure how/why we've followed this development track.  The version under joelvbernier/hexrd (PUP branch) is the most up-to-date fully functional version.  We should merge that onto praxes/hexrd.
