Running a separate PraxisCORE process (hub) for each project would allow multiple projects to run at the same time. Need to enhance current distributed hubs to allow IDE to connect in an control process - merge current master/slave code so that hubs can have parent and children simultaneously. IDE hub manager needs to become project / process aware.
