Feature Request: Upload KML file via python client library

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the gdata-python-client library
2. Review the documentation (ha! it's still coming soon :)
3. There is no way to upload a whole KML file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It's now possible to upload a whole KML file instead of a bunch of
placemarks.  Unfortunately there isn't a way to do it with the Python
library yet.  But it would be really nice!
