Uploading docs into folders don't work properly #651

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Upload document to a folder using CreateResource providing collection 
pointing to an existing folder.

or:

1. Upload document using ResumableUploader directly providing the URL from the 
about collection.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In both cases the document is uploaded to root folder, totally ignoring the 
collection or url.

What version of the product are you using?

2.0.10, 2.0.15, 2.0.16, 2.0.17
