Moving document to folder doesn't work properly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move a document from root folder to another folder using MoveResource 
function.
2. Check where the document is.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to see the document in the folder only. Instead it is copied to the 
folder and still exists in the root folder.

The parameter keep_in_collections=False is totally ignored.

What version of the product are you using?

2.0.10, 2.0.15, 2.0.16, 2.0.17
