What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to https://code.google.com/p/gdata-python-client/
2. Click "Google Apps Provisioning API"

The link is broken:

https://code.google.com/googleapps/domain/gdata_provisioning_api_v2.0_developers
_protocol.html 

gives error.
