move kurve project #108

hm. i think it would be good to move the kurve subdir of heekscnc to its
own project like libactp and libarea
    that would make packaging it easier (automated) .. i am thinking of an
autobuilder ;)

Wait!

It might be best to leave it where it is, incase we want to directly use the 
source
code in HeeksCNC project.

I have linked the kurve source into HeeksCNC and am using it to determine the
starting point location of a profile operation.
