operations made with an older version cause segfaults when generating python script #113

The attached file was made with a previous version of Heekscad.  It worked
at the time and generated valid NC code.

Open the file, verify that there are three operations.  Click the 'py' button.

Fixed.  We were de-referencing the m_tools pointer when there were no tools 
defined
in the model.  This file now generates the python script and gcode alright.

David, when it is fixed, you can change the "Status" field to "Fixed".
