Profile operation will not work with circles.

Create a sketch.  
Add a circle.
select the sketch and add a profile operation.
Generate the python code and NC code.   NC code ignores the circle.  
Splitting the circle into arcs (in dxf) works as a work around.

Does this work for you yet?
It worked OK for me in Windows build ( are you using the installation or a more
recent build? ) or Linux?

Draw a circle.
Select the circle.
Press the "Make Sketch" icon on the Properties window or Right click and choose 
"Make
Sketch"
Select the sketch.
Make a new profile operation.
Make Python Script.
Post Process.
