[partial outage] some repositories are failing to set commit statuses #112

it appears github has broken some part of permissions with commit statuses -- I'm currently speaking with them in a bug report

as such some runs will not be successful (will appear permanently in the [pending] state, or may not post statuses at all) during this period

will update here as I have more information

this appears to have passed -- I'm seeing successful runs on the affected repos and the stuck runs have been re-triggered

will continue to follow up with github though
