Dynamocles::Site has a startup method and is-a Mojolicious site.
The site.yml exists in the cwd and configures the applications.
- Dynamocles::App are Mojolicious controllers
The standard Mojolicious config overrides the site.yml

Hm... The same site.yml paradigm doesn't quite work as well here, considering that the content will most likely be in some database somewhere.

But, on the other hand, we do want this thing to manage Statocles sites, and for that, there will need to be a relative content directory.
