Those shouldn't be requirements, but I can see why CPANTS thinks they are. I can fix it so they aren't hard requirements anymore. Thanks!

Coverage remained the same at 98.27% when pulling a04e9acbbbf096d32ee8977119f356123fd5a184 on manwar:add-missing-prereq into 85fa0cb8e6551e5c7a04faea1757376209cc9792 on preaction:master.

I changed the Backend modules to try to detect the prereq and give a friendlier error message if it's missing. That should fix this. Thanks for the report and patch!
