Upgrade microbundle and run audit fix #33

Hmm things aren't building locally for me, on master or this branch with the error:

(babel plugin) SyntaxError: [BABEL] C:\code\github\preactjs\compressed-size-action\src\index.js: Unterminated string constant (1:0) (While processing: "C:\\code\\github\\preactjs\\compressed-size-action\\node_modules\\babel-plugin-transform-replace-expressions\\index.js")
