Undefined uuid on video render

Getting hb_uuid=undefined in instream video

Description

As per the prebid docs we have used the appnexus cache url but we are getting hb_uuid=undefined Please check attach screenshot

I stopped after two problems:

• mediaType is incorrect (should be 'video', not 'VIDEO')
• the bid does not contain the actual ad - it needs to provide a VAST URL or XML.

Please read through the adapter guide - supporting video section - it's going to be much faster than using us as a debugger.
