Update video examples to not rely on real world bidders #11247

Hi, I hope you are doing. I was testing the prebid video example but didn't see any bids from Appnexus.

Also prebid cache URL by appnexus is still valid?

That example is working as intended for me. Do you have some more details - debug logs for example?

Sometimes the appnexus adapter will not bid - which is not great for example pages.
