SharedId override detection #12080

          Can Prebid ensure its id, SharedID, is not overridden? Kind of like _The Highlander_, there can only be one, right?

My thoughts on slack about this were i don't think that would improve signal integrity, as bad actors that can override an eid now could simply disable the client side override detection, but open to proposals/
