Add support for 1px impression counting methodology

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As both Googles and Xandrs mobile SDKs now support 1px impression counting, isn't it time for Prebid to also support this new standard? Wouldn't we like to help align the impression-counting methodology across the industry?

Describe the solution you'd like I would like for SSPs that support 1px counting to also do so when rendered by the Prebid SDK. For example, today Xandr counts on render when running in Prebid, but with 1px methodology when serving in their own SDK.
