Items addressed in the PR:
added loader to be displayed while request chains are being generated
refactored devtools/index.js to devtools/index.ts to utilize typescript
cleaned up some styles
updated instructions on how to use the network inspector tool
refactored request chain generation logic (prior it was producing inconsistent results)
