Support building the codebase in two modes; nightly and release. These fetch sources from two different locations.
Building normally (just "make") will build nightly. There are repository dispatch triggers for each of nightly and release builds.
Nightly builds are using the VASM_RELEASE_VERSION instead of 0.0.0. This is due to the .deb packaging flow not having access to the BUILD_TYPE env variable.
