Release v2.20.1 #122

This release is necessary to ensure compatibility with preCICE v3.0.0. Several commits from an older release are seen in this PR. This is because a squash and merge was done when the last release pull request was merged into the master branch. The commit history that this pull request will add to the master branch gives a false picture of the contributions in this release, but a team decision was reached to do this anyway, so that in the future we will have a clean history on the master branch.

This PR changes the versions of preCICE and the adapter in the packaging files and workflows. It is advisable to first test with a release candidate before doing the actual release.
