Updating the documentation of this adapter for newer versions of ANSYS (v195) and also latest version of preCICE (v1.6)

This PR was intended to add the updated README.md to the latest version of the adapter. This commit already places the updated README.md in the relevant branch of development. This PR is no longer needed.
