Provide instructions and troubleshooting for 2020 R2 #19

I'm now one step further and I'm able to reach the error undefined symbol: FT_Done_MM_Var. Both for 2019 R3 and 2020 R2 on my Ubuntu 20.04 system. I restructured the README a bit and added the fix I found.
