Fix GitHub action #15

I honestly don't know why the workflow is not triggered, maybe because we already have the garnix App? https://garnix.io/docs/gh-actions

The action showed up once, I deleted my failing test run and since then, the action didn't show up on the paper branch anymore. This is why I just merged the paper branch into master...

Finally works now on changes to paper/paper.tex. But the documentation states that the artefact, i.e. the PDF is only kept for 90 days. PDF is rendered here for example: https://github.com/precice/nix-packages/actions/runs/5951146531
