Allow horizontal scrolling for wide code blocks #330

Some code blocks should be horizontally scrollable.

Example is the output of the precice-profiling tool, which are formatted tables. Not allowing horizontal scrolling makes them close to unreadable.

Could be connected to whether there are images below or not, triggering a layout shift.
