Migrate SU2 adapter documentation to the SU2 repository (website part) #367

Following (and updating) the instructions.

Corresponding PR in the adapter repository: https://github.com/precice/su2-adapter/pull/37

Remember to switch the su2-adapter branch to master (or develop) after that contains the docs/ folder (switch the submodule and edit the _config.yml for the github_editme_path). (done)
