Implement adapter quality checks #12

To bring the existing adapters up to the standards, we will start by analyzing and documenting the current standards level of each adapter hosted under the preCICE organization (currently 9). While a few will already be close to the highest level (e.g., adapters for OpenFOAM and FEniCS), others might still lack quality. We then want to decide on a case-by-case basis on which level to implement for which adapter. In particular, we want to use the mocked interface developed in work package WP1.2 to implement adapter tests for as many adapters as reasonable.
