This is the systemtests-side upgrade CalculiX 2.16, the calculix-adapter has already been updated (see https://github.com/precice/systemtests/pull/231).
Note that this PR depends on https://github.com/precice/calculix-adapter/pull/38, as the changes require the develop branch of calculix-adapter to run v2.16.
