This pull request updates README.md file with download links to gsa-mixer reference panel based on 1000 genomes (EUR population). Downloads of the UKB and HRC-based references are incomplete, as we're unable to share full LD matrix generated from these genotype panels.
This pull request also fixes few other issues:
