Hi, I just have a suggestion for the --combine argument. It seems that it will create a combined fit and test.json file even if all 20 replications are not complete. It will also proceed to visualise these incomplete combined.json files. When running multiple trait comparisons these errors are easily missed. Perhaps the command should not create a combined.json file if this is the case so it is easier to troubleshoot, instead just a log file
