The documentation suggests excluding the 6:26000000-34000000 range (python sumstats.py qc --exclude-ranges 6:26000000-34000000 ...), but the question came up that this range should be widened to the 6:25000000-34000000.
Other tools, use slightly different ranges for MHC, e.g. pleioFDR (6:25119106-33854733).
