Hi there When I try to run the program, recommended values of fdrthresh is 0.05 for conjfdr, and 0.01 for condfdr. However, default value of fdrthresh is 0.01 for conjfdr, is this value also reasonable? and what is its basis.

I think that you should change it as recommended.
