Editing Trackathons does not show open/closed correctly #919

A Trackathon (Sprint) that is visibility = Visibility.PRIVATE should be displayed as CLOSED in the edit interface. Visibility.PUBLIC should be displayed as OPEN.

Let's fix this right away for an emergency build today.
