Address email spam issues #954

Work on making emails less likely to be spam filtered. Add SPF records, etc.

SPF records successfully set. Email now permitted by Google:

Received-SPF: pass (google.com: domain of curious@wearecurio.us designates 2001:4801:7825:103:fa00:416a:ff10:e0ae as permitted sender) client-ip=2001:4801:7825:103:fa00:416a:ff10:e0ae;

Hopefully, this will improve our email delivery rates.
