Validation fails when I attempt to save empty alt bases. Right now, the Beeler dataset contains the following entries in chr17:
17 28564346 rs25531 T . . . . GT . 17 28564346 rs25531 T C . PASS AR2=0.00;DR2=0.00;AF=0;IMP GT:DS:GP 0|0:0:1,0,0
One is imputed, the other probably came from 23andMe input and does not have an alt bases field. When I convert it to [], it does not validate.
