Create new Kobo user account Tamara Wood #51

For testing, create user account for Tamara for Kobo

  1. Create account in Kobo - usernames: tamara_wood_craft
  2. Email associated tamara@craft fdn . org
  3. Add her to the usernames table in db @brianwdavis
  4. Add her to access view in db @brianwdavis
  5. Import new user csv with Tamara's email and 000t to Kobo survey @saseehav
  6. Give her account name access to the survey (use Dev Craft) @saseehav
