So this is actually going to be a weird one, since the non-decomp bag sites have their biomass calculated differently from the decomp sites. What we want is to use the decomp calculation but also turn off the decomp flag in the task tracker, and those are currently entwined. I think we can go ahead and unenroll from decomp only though @kldriver using -999.
Ultimately the fix here will be to use the time zero bag to estimate the dry weight and manually enter that as time zero, as if it were a real biomass-only site, so we'll need to track this in data-corrections
too. Unless we think there are enough sites like this to justify writing a new chunk in the API.
HAP is unenrolled from decomp biomass.
After discussion:
Make sure to weigh and scan time 2 with their correct pickup dates. ~The rest of the bags (times 3, 4, 5) can be discarded.~ Weigh and scan times 3,4,5 with the actual date they were picked up. We will re-enroll this site as decomp to make sure of the part of the curve we have.
@AlstonBetts
@AlstonBetts @elhenriq I'm not seeing these T2 weights and T3-T5 dates. The only data we have for HAP decomp bags is T0 and T1. Is this data in notes somewhere?
all these decombags were picked at T1. no decomb there
we sent somebody to grab decombag 2, but instead they grab all the bags and put them in the drier for a few days before i noticed, all the bags have been dried for 2–3 days. I think this is a lost since we can't guarantee that if we bring the bags out to the field again decomposition will be the same.
@saseehav @kldriver @brianwdavis can you help me to remove this farm from decombags? @AlstonBetts
