We've had several 're-plant' questions come in this year. Questions:
Was there an accurate cover crop biomass estimation at this location? -- If yes, and < 40 days ago, re-install. -- If yes, and > 40 days ago, and little to no cc residue, don't re-install. If no, don't re-install.
Have the associated decomp bags been collected on schedule? -- If yes, and < T2, re-install. If yes, and >T2, don't re-install. If no, don't re-install.
How long have the water sensors been installed up to this point? -- If > 40 days and water data is present, don't re-install. If < 40 days, and all other factors above are good, but you are missing good water data, re-install.
When re-installing, use the sensor install form "re-install" and add the new planting date. write a comment in the site information table about the re-planting issue including the date of initial planting, reason for re-plant and date of the new planting.

TOI was planted in soybeans early May, but had germination issues (slugs) and almost complete failure in the field. The grower replanted beans this past week, should I just change the planting date and roll with it? Is there anything else I should do regarding this issue?

@AlstonBetts do we know the answers to Sarah's questions above?
This site ended up having crop failure.
@brianwdavis @saseehav , is this water data useful? Should we flag it in some way? Maybe just a note?
