Update Weeds3D file name - NBS CC1 #396

When I was in the field I started the video and needed to stop the video. I wasn't able to create another file with the same name in the field, but this may have been user error due to inexperience and heat. This is a bad file, both videos 1 and 2 should be deleted with the title "NBS CC1". I uploaded another file with the title "NBSS B1" with two videos and those should be renamed "NBS CC1" videos 1 and 2. Also, for many of these files, I likely was walking too fast and will slow down next time. The metronome feature is not working and I'm sure I was just walking too fast. I did walk the entire length of each plot. I also sent a text message to the help line to make this change before adding this comment. David Campbell
