PM3D Researcher mode - uploading issue #437

Morgan (PSI extension agent) called and said that he tried uploading 48 sets of images to azure using the researcher mode. On the day after uploading, he noted that only some of these sets are showing up under the "uploaded" tab (I believe he said 38). The sets of images that failed to upload don't show up under any other tabs - except for the "all" tab. He is unable to upload these sets from the "all" tab. I checked Azure and it seems that not all of the 48 sets were uploaded (38-39 sets show up when I filtered).

I told him to use Farmer mode from now on, but this is an issue to monitor with Researcher mode. I've included this photo of what he's seeing on his screen. The images that have a checkmark are the ones that successfully uploaded. IMG_1548

@ravighevariya10 this user tried to upload many images. Some uploaded successfully and some remained in "All" and not in "Collected" and so they are unable to retry an upload. We want them to be able to upload images in All.

@saseehav I can set the upload option in 'All' section through which this user will be able to upload the remaining packages
