5 months ago One small note - while remote viewing into the tablet, I saw that she had ethernet on and was connected. This is odd, as I thought it was impossible to have wifi on and ethernet on at the same time? But her connection settings were all correct while trying to use the camera.
PMC researcher mode user in Oregon called claiming she couldn't get the camera preview to come up in researcher mode. I walked through all of the connection settings to make sure her wifi and bluetooth were off, airplane mode on, ethernet configured correctly, etc. The camera preview would not show up in the app after multiple tries. She just kept seeing the spinning circle, as shown here:
Her app was updated today to version 1.0.23 before she tried collecting images.
