Soy yield w/o soil moisture - no action required #457

We have yield data for the following, but the soil moisture data for the following sites yields a blank excel document.

I am filtering these out after downloading, but we may want to prevent people from trying to download the following soybean sites. This comment does not require any action, I am just putting this here for posterity.

Sites: DAA, DAE, EPF, HFC, JAM, JVU, VSU.

The following sites (regardless of yield reporting) are missing soil moisture data.

a. Sites with no soil moisture data: BNM, CIS, DAA, DAE, EPF, HFC, HLC, JAM, JBB, PLM, WKM, WOS, YUX, JVU, and VSI
