PM3D multi cam-dead camera at BARK #461

Jordan reported that one camera had a connector that was overheating. the diagnosis suggest the cables were not properly tighten. most likely will require a replacement camera to be shipped.

Our working theory for the cause of this is the M12 connection on the camera side was not fully seated / screwed in. This would allow water into the connection creating conditions for a short or other connection damage.

We should make sure all connections have been thoroughly checked.
