Remove duplicate cutouts #116

  1. remove TX_2022-12-26 as it has duplicates
  2. inspect duplicates cutout_ids in
    • NC_2022-08-03
    • NC_2022-09-08
    • NC_2022-09-19
    • NC_2022-10-19
    • NC_2022-10-21
    • NC_2022-10-24
    • NC_2022-11-04

all have duplicates only for images that start with NCX00001 and NCX00002

cutouts in TX_2022-12-26 have triplicates because of the "shape" field
