redid segmentation pipeline to include SAM
created SAM_segmentor script to replace segment_vegetation
create segment_cutout script to take care of cutouts after SAM_segmentor is run
made minor changes to validate to properly show instance mask
updated instance mask to be a 16-bit image with each unique instance a non-zero value
